I am always traveling around the U.S. and a co worker told me about a master stylist named Gail. She does an amazing job. No matter where my job takes me, I always make time in my schedule to fly back to Marley Station twice a month, to have my hair done by Gail!

First of all, to call the store "Radio Shack" is disingenuous because I assure you, no radios are sold there. A more appropriate name would be "Cell Phone Shack"...but I digress. How the heck is this store still open? Besides Sears, they are an original tenant of the mall. I'm guessing they either have a 100 year lease, or have some serious dirt on an executive at Simon Malls. There's no reason for them to exist at all, never the less in that mall!

I was deceived and cheated on as a customer and personally insulted as a person by the staff here. They didn't honour their gift card, made me pay for a higher price than they originally quoted me for, wasted my time by bantering with me until I almost missed my tour bus back to Canada and I overheard the manager Lori saying that I am purposely trying to cause trouble for them because I am using my parents' money. I have visited many large brands around the world and traveled more than 20 countries in my life, but this retail experience is by far the most disappointing and berating of all. Don't ever go there.

I went to DEE DEE on Feb 15 she Shaved back of my head, then relaxed it then colored it. It's taken over 3 weeks for the back of my head to heal from razor burn from the clippers. Poor customer service from her, the store manager and the claim department. After I complained she lied and said she never cut my hair. If you're looking for a burned , bumpy, BAD experience ...See DEE DEE..Shell hook you right up.

I've never had such horrible service at Glamour Salon in the mall. I entered with one hangnail and left with 9 cuts from more than one man at the salon. The men who work there are careless! both of the guys that were doing my nails injured my fingers. it was the first time I was there, thiese guys were so careless they took a ton of skin off my fingers by being careless with their tools, AND the second guy doing my nails answered his phone five times AND left the room for a few minutes and was distracted by a football game. kept looking at the screen instead of doing my nails. he also put this blue liquid on my worst cut since it was bleeding and it burned as if somebody put a lighter on top of my finger melting my skin off and after all that he expected a ten dollar tip. which he obviously didn't deserve. the men at this salon are sloppy and careless. my fingers still hurt and i got my nails done yesterday!!! Never go there!

this store is horrible service return policy is void . do not purchase if you have doubts they do not take returns you are stuck with the product even if you hate it. the sales person forces you to like.

i was very unhappy with store i like to go, i went christmas shopping for my nephew for some football fan gear, this store was dispointment poor selections . had 2 guys sitting around playing on there cell phones , or hitting on chiks , didnt have what i was looking for , or my nephew had already
,they tell me were geting alot stuff at christmas time, still same old crap.WTF!!!!!!

want to be treated like shit? well then look no further because you came to the right place. customer service? yea haha right. this place doesn't have any skilled person who treats you good or you have so called "managers" that think they know it all but haven't got one fucking clue. never buy anything at this store or any "nockoff" kiosk store ran by the fucking pakistanies. they are untrustworthy and bullshit artists at best. remember just because it says "sprint" it doen't mean your going to recieve the same service like the REAL "SPRINT" stores. before you buy ask the idiot sales people if it is a REAL "SPRINT" store that favors the "SPRINT" corporate policies. if they say no then RUN AWAY. MOTHERFUCKERS!!!!!!
