I have been a retail store chain for many years at this mall and this place is being ran by the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with! Their latest assistant Chrishna is by far the worst of them. ( and to think we all thought Linda couldn't be topped.) this girl thinks that she can just speak to everyone with her snippity arrogant attitude anyway she pleases, she never gets anything done on time or when promised but is quick to blame you instead of appolgizing for her error. All of the previous assistants were always courteous and did what they promised. Needless to say that we will be taking our business, along with other companies that are very unhappy, somewhere that respects the people that make them a mall. Just like the regency mall this will too be seeing it's end in the near future.

I was at people print on september 8th with my boyfriend to make a couple sweater. When i walked in, there weren't anybody but us and we began talking to one of the workers there and customized a sweater. We specifically asked for a zipper down hooded sweater and the guy even showed me the sweater he would be ordering for us and i've tried it on. After everything was confirmed, my boyfriend went ahead and paid it in full.
Apparently these idiots don't even know how to do business and they have no clue about customer service. While making out our order, the guy who was helping us started talking to this one girl who came in maybe 10 minutes after we did. She was very rude because started talking to him and asking him stuff even when we weren't finished customizing our order.
Anyway, that guy said our order would be ready the following monday which was...maybe the 14th? My boyfriend called to see if it was ready but they said they would give us a call when it is. Ok that's fine, but when he called us on friday...the 18th? my boyfriend went to go pick it up. The sweater that we had ordered were different from what they had given him. They claimed that they gave us a confirmation call whether it was a zipper or no zipper but we never confirmed anything. And plus why the hell are we suppose to confirm when we had already confirmed everything before we paid? I got pissed off and went there myself on tuesday. They kicked me out and call the mall security and i called the cops. When i got there, that white girl who was being rude was there and she said we specifically ordered no zip. Wow...she doesn't even work there, and she thinks she had the right to say something. Anyway, we had no choice but to take the sweater because they weren't going to return or exchange it for us.
I suggest people not going there. They are bunch of flips that doesn't know anything about business and all they want to do is ripp their customers off with their non professional attitude.
And this message is for the retard that got our order wrong and the other retard who said he made a confirmation call...
"Just because we took those sweater doesn't mean it's over. I've already filed a complaint at better business bureau. And honestly, you guys should go back to the phillipines with that kind of attitude. You guys ARE NOT professional and please...you guys took the time to make our sweater the way we wanted? BS!"
seriously people....dont go there. It's waste of your money and time. Go some place where actual professional people does the job. Never put your trust on these pacific islanders who claim to be professional. My boyfriend and i learned the hard way.

I buy supplements for my parents from this store. The price is good. I trust their product quality because I happenly know they also manufacture products for walmart, costco, etc.

I was so pleased with this store Manager that I decided to go through the trouble of writing about how wonderfull she was with me and with all other clients that were crowding her store. Katayon was so knowledgeable, Profeessional, and pleasantly helpful. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for the best eye wear products and the best service.

This mall is unbelievably awesome itself. And I am a tourist, and i needed to exchange some money to USD. So when i went there i found that awesome currency exchange place, they have really low exchange rates. I was very pleased with exchanging money there.

Northwoods Mall is a conveniently located shopping building surrounded by other stores and both fast food and sit down restaurants. It has many of the popular stores in it from Buckle to Macy's to Victoria Secret. It is a two story walker friendly mall with kiosks along the walking route. There is a food court with eats ranging from Chinese to pizza to bbq. The parking is completely around the mall with many different entrances.

Regency Square used to be the top shopping center in the Richmond area, exemplifying the best of the West End. However, it is now in decline, since Short Pump, Stony Point and Virginia Center Commons have opened up, taking away customers. The two main anchor stores are JC Penney's and Sears and it has the usual mall stores that you'll find at other places. But Regency Square does need an infusion of something to bring it back to vibrancy. The current economy is not helping, either. And a BJ's Warehouse just opened across the street. There is no telling how that will impact on the Mall. I still like the two anchor stores and like that they are both at Regency. It's also a smallish mall and indoors (unlike Stoney Point and Short Pump, which are outdoor malls). There is lots of parking and there are other shopping places in the area, so you can find anything you want without venturing too far. I hope Regency does well, since I do enjoy going there.
