Ashtabula Mall is an enclosed shopping mall serving the city of Ashtabula, Ohio, United States. It features over 70 stores, as well as a food court, a Tilt! arcade, and a six-screen movie theater. The mall is managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. Anchor stores include Dillard's, JCPenney, Super Kmart, Sears, and Steve & Barry's University Sportswear. The mall has a gross leasable area of 1,074,470 square feet(99,800 m²).

Ashtabula Mall opened in 1992, featuring Dillard's, JCPenney, Kmart, Phar-Mor, Carlisle's and Sears as anchor stores. Kmart's location in the mall was a prototype store for the chain; Phar-Mor's location was not only a prototype, but also the chain's 300th location. While Sears and Phar-Mor opened in August of that year, the mall itself did not open until the fall. Carlisle's closed in 1994 with the chain's demise and was later converted to a Dillard's Home Store.

Kmart expanded to a Supercenter in the mid-late 1990s, around the same time that Phar-Mor closed; Steve & Barry's replaced Phar-Mor in 2005. Also, Dillard's closed the Home Store to focus on fashion apparel. Famous Labels has since opened in the former Dillard's Home Store; in addition, Dunham's Sports has opened.
