Chandler Fashion Center is a regional shopping center located in the city of Chandler, Arizona, and is the second largest mall in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The mall is owned by Westcor, a subsidiary of The Macerich Company and was opened on October 19, 2001 with more than 180 stores and five anchors including Arizona's second Nordstrom, Sears, Dillard's, Macy's and Harkins Theatres. The mall is located on Chandler Boulevard at the northwest corner of Loop 101 and Loop 202 Santan.

The mall has a mixed variety of stores including Coach, Sephora, Eddie Bauer, Pottery Barn, Abercrombie and Fitch, Forever 21, American Eagle Outfitters, L'Occitane en Provence, The Sharper Image, Rockport, comics store Atomic Chandler, and many more. Recently, mall officials have announced that a more upscale tenant mix will begin to take shape at the mall over the next few years. The mall already has several upscale stores as well as a Nordstrom department store. Sales are so good at the mall that they have increased every year since its opening. In fact, Chandler Fashion Center sales are more than $600 per square foot, which is well above the national average of $392 a square foot.
