Foothills Mall is an indoor regional shopping mall located on the Northwest Side of Tucson, Arizona, in the community of Casas Adobes. Foothills Mall features over 90 stores and outlets for consumers and/or tourists, along with 8 restaurants and a cineplex with 15 screens.

Opened in 1983, Foothills Mall originally began as the largest upscale shopping center in the Tucson metropolitan area, situated in the area's resort corridor. The mall was anchored by Goldwater's (which became Diamond's several months later, and Dillard's in 1984), an upscale department store owned by the family of politician Barry Goldwater. The mall was significantly smaller than its present size.

Beginning in the 1990s, the Foothills Mall lost revenue and eventually changed ownership, operating on a limited basis, partly due to the much larger Tucson Mall that was only 4.5 miles away and closer to the more upscale areas of Tucson. In the late 1990s, the mall was renovated and expanded to become an outlet mall for discount consumers. La Encantada, an open-air shopping mall located six miles east of Foothills Mall, has replaced the Foothills Mall as the shopping center serving the upscale consumer market for the Tucson area. The Foothills Mall is listed as a major attraction by the Southern Arizona Attractions Alliance, which is a nonprofit organization that recommends attractions in areas throughout Southern Arizona to promote tourism.
