Built in 1992 by the Pyramid Companies, the Silver City Galleria is now owned by General Growth Properties Inc. Security is managed by Valor Security of Nashville, and facilities services are managed by UGL Unicco.

The Silver City Galleria opened in 1992. It is 1,039,617 square feet in size. It features over 150 stores, a 10-screen cinema, a food court, a large center court, and a children's play area.
