Buena Park Downtown is a 1.1 million square foot retail complex located in Buena Park, California. The Property is comprised of the following three separate components:

1. Buena Park Mall, a 782,000 square foot enclosed mall anchored by Wal-Mart, Sears, Steve & Barry's, Ross Dress for Less, Bed Bath & Beyond, DSW Shoe Warehouse and 24 Hour Fitness Sport.

2. Buena Park Place, a 208,000 square foot open-air community center anchored by Kohl's, Circuit City, Office Depot, Michaels and PetSmart.

3. Park Central Entertainment Center (“Park Central?), a 137,000 square foot open-air entertainment center anchored by an 18-screen Krikorian Metroplex Theatres and featuring a variety of restaurants and in–line retail shops.

Buena Park Downtown and Anaheim Memorial Medical Center invite community members to learn about their health at a FREE Walk Our Way (W.O.W.) wellness program. W.O.W. offers its members a safe and comfortable environment for mall walking as well as the opportunity to receive various free health screenings. Members progress at their own pace while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow walking members. FREE Blood Pressure Screenings On the first Tuesday of each month from 8am ¨C 9:30am, the hospital will offer FREE blood pressure screenings at BPD at Center Court Street Level by Bath & Body Works. How to Join To become a W.O.W. member, simply stop by Buena Park Downtown¡¯s Customer Service Center and pick up and fill out a mileage card and drop it into the W.O.W. box. Members can walk on the upper level of the mall every day of the week during mall hours. Additional Program Background Developed and provided by Anaheim Memorial, Walk Our Way is a program designed for individuals to better their health in a safe, climatized environment. Members progress at their own pace while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow walking members.
