Regency Mall is an enclosed super-regional shopping mall that opened in August 1981, located in Racine, Wisconsin. The mall has a gross leasable area of 1,040,490 square feet. It features about 100 stores and is anchored by Sears, Boston Store, JCPenney, Steve & Barry's, and Linens 'n Things. Steve and Barry's is to be replaced by Burlington Coat Factory in 2008. Originally, Steve and Barry's was a Prange's that was converted to Younkers in 1992, which then closed in 2000.

The mall, aimed at middle-income customers and the largest in Racine County, had sales of over $100 million as of 2004.

Singer Avril Lavigne performed at the mall in a March 2004 concert tour stop.
